Career and Post-16 Lead
We are seeking a passionate and innovative SEN Careers and Post-16 Lead to design and deliver an ambitious careers and post-16 pathway programme for our students.
This role will focus on supporting young people to prepare for adulthood, develop independence and access meaningful next steps including employment, apprenticeships, further education and supported pathways.
All pathways are bespoke to the young person, meaning that the ability to build strong and trusting relationships is essential.
The successful candidate will also lead the development of on-site Key Stage 5 opportunities, building bespoke programmes that meet the diverse needs of our learners.
