Current Vacancies

Pastoral Lead 

Due to our growth and development we are looking to expand our Pastoral Team at Edison Pace. We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Lead to provide dedicated pastoral care and emotional support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in our SEND school setting. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting students’ wellbeing, improving behaviour and attendance, promoting positive relationships, and working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies.

There will be the potential to develop this role for the right candidate. Looking at opportunities to provide support for our young people in alternative environments such as offsite mentoring and personal development.
